Bio

Kyle M. Fisher is a partner with Friedemann Goldberg LLP, specializing in business litigation with an emphasis on banking and insurance matters. He has been practicing law in the Bay Area since 1987.

After graduating with his bachelor of arts degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota, Mr. Fisher received his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law. Prior to joining Friedemann Goldberg, he was employed in San Francisco for 12 years with a major international law firm.

Mr. Fisher has served on the Sonoma County Bar Association’s Judicial Evaluation Committee. He has given Mandatory Continuing Legal Education lectures on a variety of topics including insurance law, banking law, electronic discovery, probate litigation, and legal writing.

Mr. Fisher has nearly 30 years of experience as an attorney for clients in the business and banking communities.


Banking Litigation

Mr. Fisher has represented numerous financilal institutions and worked on a wide range of banking litigation matters including financial bond claims, fraudulent transactions, complex loan losses, and employee dishonesty.

Commercial Litigation

Mr. Fisher uses his extensive commercial litigation experience to help clients make sound decisions through pre-litigation counseling involving demand letters, contract review, and cost/benefit analysis of litigation or settlement. He also has experience in the field of electronic discovery.


Insurance Law

Mr. Fisher has represented both insurers and insureds with respect to a variety of claims and has particular expertise in insurance coverage issues under Comprehensive General Liability Policies, Directors and Officers Policies, and Financial Institution Bonds.
