Kyle M. Fisher

Kyle M. Fisher is a partner with Friedemann Goldberg LLP, specializing in business litigation with an emphasis on unfair trade practices, banking and insurance matters. He has been practicing law since 1987.

Mr. Fisher has worked on a wide range of banking litigation matters including financial bond claims, fraudulent transactions, complex loan losses and employee dishonesty. He uses this extensive legal experience to help clients make sound decisions through pre-litigation counseling involving demand letters, contract review and cost/benefit analysis of litigation or settlement.

After graduating with his bachelor of arts, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota, Mr. Fisher received his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law. Prior to joining Friedemann Goldberg, he was employed in San Francisco for 12 years with a major international law firm.

Mr. Fisher recently served on the Sonoma County Bar Association’s Judicial Evaluation Committee. He has given lectures on accounting for lawyers, banking management and legal writing.
