Ronald P. Wargo II


Ronald P. Wargo II is a partner with Friedemann Goldberg LLP. His practice primarily includes estate planning, business law and intellectual property.

Mr. Wargo is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law by the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California. He has practiced law since 1998 and is admitted to the bar in California and Wisconsin.

Mr. Wargo received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and his law degree from the University of California, Hastings School of Law. He has been an adjunct professor of Business Organizations at Empire College School of Law.

He has published numerous articles and delivered lectures on various aspects of estate planning, business, intellectual property and tax law, and has taught fellow attorneys as a Continuing Education of the Bar instructor.

Super Lawyers Magazine has recognized Mr. Wargo as a “Super Lawyer” each year from 2014-2016, and a “Rising Star” in 2011 and 2012. The North Bay Business Journal named him to its inaugural “40 Under 40” list in 2007.
