John F. Friedemann
Retired – Founding Partner
John F. Friedemann is one of the founding partners of Friedemann Goldberg Wargo Hess LLP. He specializes in banking, business, sports and entertainment, and real estate law, both litigation and transactional, and has extensive expertise in matters involving fraud.
A graduate of UCLA and the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, with distinction, Mr. Friedemann frequently speaks and lectures on banking operations, lending law, loan documentation, contract disputes and Uniform Commercial Code issues.
Mr. Friedemann has taught courses on banking law, and delivered lectures at the University of Southern California Law Center, Loyola Law School, Sonoma State University, and Empire College School of the Law. He regularly speaks on various aspects of the law as a Continuing Legal Education instructor.
He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer more than 15 times by Super Lawyers Magazine, and was honored as an Outstanding Teacher by Sonoma State University for his classes on business law.
