Marie Morley joined Friedemann Goldberg Wargo Hess LLP as a senior associate attorney in 2023. She has been practicing law as a licensed attorney for 20 years. Marie’s practice focuses on Estate Planning and Administration and Business Law.
Marie completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. Marie is admitted to the bar in California and Oregon.
Prior to joining Friedemann Goldberg Wargo Hess, Marie managed her own law practice in Sonoma County for 13 years, specializing in Family Law and Estate Planning and Administration. Marie’s extensive Family Law experience gives her a long-term perspective on estate matters and a keen understanding of the importance of carefully tailoring her estate planning approach to address the unique circumstances and needs of each client.
With years of experience managing all aspects of each case as a sole practitioner, Marie has refined an approach of intuitive client care: listening carefully to understand each client and their needs, explaining the law and possible strategies clearly, and communicating regularly with clients to inform them of the process while shepherding them through it. Helping clients to envision and achieve their objectives remains a primary motivator for Marie in her practice of law.
