Senior Associate Attorney

Kit Marois Driscoll focuses her practice on estate planning and trust administration for high net worth individuals and families. She designs and implements thoughtful, sophisticated estate plans that balance tax efficiency with clients’ personal, philanthropic, and business succession goals. Kit counsels clients from an array of backgrounds and industries—including real estate developers, winery owners, venture capitalists, philanthropists, and executive leadership. Her empathetic and pragmatic approach empowers clients to make confident, tax-informed decisions about their legacy.

Before joining Friedemann Goldberg Wargo Hess LLP, Kit practiced in San Francisco for several years, representing ultra-high net worth individuals and families. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law evening program while working full time in finance.  Kit later completed her LL.M. in Taxation through NYU School of Law while practicing full time as an estate planning attorney.

A Sonoma County native, Kit is deeply invested in the local community. She presently serves as Secretary of the Board for the Community Foundation Sonoma County and as Vice President of the Redwood Empire Estate Planning Council, among other volunteer commitments.
